project profile: The total construction area is 99288 square meters, the total floor space is 50692 square meters, the total construction area underground is 48596 square meters, of which the hotel and its facilities (lobby, rooms,canteen swimming pool, restaurant, office, kitchen, linen room, executive lounge, channel model room etc.) covers an area of 34722 square meters, the logistics area in the basement covers an area of 3500 square meters.
Scope of our services:We provide audio, video, acoustic design and consultancy services for this project.
Service phase: Scheme design, preliminary design, tender drawing (construction drawing’s depth) design, technical bid list and bid list, bid clearance and bid marking, two times hardcover coordination, construction coordination and final acceptance
